Cafe Review

Tron’s simple and cleanly designed wood clad frontage warmly invites you in for coffees. The interior features 3 distinct sections, all with their own distinct theme.

The front section is small but bright, with white and concrete theme, large serving counter (where the magic happens) and seating around the periphery.

The view through a beautiful circular window and door show the middle open air courtyard separating the two interior sections. It’s a beautiful little space. Minimalist and serene with a mix of retro furnishings, plants, crushed gravel – the effect is brilliant.

Walking through the courtyard and opening the door to the back section reveals again a completely different design. Dark, moody lighting, rich earthy woods and leather, abstract artworks. It’s this hidden away den that feels cozy and atmospheric.

Throughout Tron, there’s details abound, with its choice in wall textures, lighting pieces, plants, furnishings, etc. That’s of course not to overlook the level of detail they put into their coffees.

Their coffee offering covers the espresso drinks (Americano, Cappuccino, Latte and Mocha), Vietnamese phin coffee, egg coffee, cold brew, and unique lavender coffee and coconut coffee. The Latte experienced was wonderful, a solid cup all the way through.

Tron lives up to the motto printed on the front of the cafe “A Place to Hide” (to enjoy good coffee).
