Cafe Review
Set within one of Ho Chi Minh’s landmark vintage buildings, Brewbar is a place built for coffee enthusiasts by enthusiasts. This is evident when looking at it’s intimate interior space wrapping around a central bar filled with beautiful coffee brewing apparatuses of all types and plethora of coffee books laying about.
Woods, stained concrete, corrugated steel, tasteful lighting all lend to a very pleasant and chilled out vibe. Whether sitting on the bar stools, in the stalls along the wall, or the leafy patio with a grand view overlooking the Vincom Center park, you’ll surely enjoy sipping away on superbly crafted coffees.
Espresso, Vietnamese and specialty coffees are all prepared with an obvious attention to detail by the baristas. Even unique concoctions such as their brilliant Iced Coconut Espresso. Coffee beans used are changed regularly and sourced from both local and international hot spot sources. A small assortment of hard to resist pastries are also available. Regardless of what you choose, each trip to Brewbar is a wonderful coffee experience.
