Heading up the stairs from street level and into V60+ Coffee, it’s immediately apparent how photogenic it is. A moment is needed just to take it all in… a beautifully serene space, with towering ceilings, large tall windows throughout, tastefully chosen vintage decor and tiled floors.
The long and somewhat narrow layout makes the serving counter as its centerpiece, with various seating arrangement around it. Towards the back are a long table for 4 to 6, and an intimate cafe style table with two chairs by the window. Along the length, bench seating and small tables. The front is divided into a nicely arranged retro couch space and table for four next to the windows looking out onto the street. My favorite were two recliners next to the counter facing out to the front of the cafe. It’s hard to go wrong with wherever you choose.
Coffee was great, the Latte was very satisfying in its taste and presentation. They offer the full range of espresso drinks like Americano, Cappuccino and Mocha (with beans sourced from Da Lat). But also serve signature drinks like their Venus (espresso with condensed milk and cream), Latte de Ve (espresso, coffee liqueur, milk) or Affogato Martini. Vietnamese coffee and a variety of cold brew options are also available. A dessert menu with a variety of items nicely compliments your coffee.
An upbeat soundtrack, the occasional chirps of the local birds, comfortable furnishings and a tasty cup of coffee in hand, all made it well worth the visit to V60+ Coffee.
