Still Color Cafe is the perfect little spot to enjoy the moment with wonderful coffee in hand.
Sporting little more than seating for a dozen, this intimate Japan / Korea inspired space consists of a large window frontage, a serving counter with a dreamy lineup of coffee equipment goodies and a brilliant AV setup with old style amp, speakers and a wall projector pumping out jazz and accompanying visuals. The playlist really hits the spot in setting the vibe for Still Color Cafe.
Seating includes along the right hand wall, barstools at the counter and a cozy corner with couch and coffee table and cafe seating by the window. Interestingly, the cafe’s name hints to the unique chance to grab some paint and a brush to unleash some pent up creativity.
The smash hit by far however, are the barista’s expertly crafted coffees. Their hot Latte used a Ethiopian / Vietnamese Arabica blend that was rich, super creamy and abundantly flavorful. Their coffee menu features all the favorites, espresso varieties, drip coffee, cold brew and Vietnamese styles.
