Stepping into the greenery filled open air front courtyard of CAFEYEN, you’re immediately in its featured attraction. Everyone is drawn to its immensely relaxing and casual space to meet and converse with others over coffees.
Walking through the courtyard leads to the large opening into the cafe’s interior. Featuring a large serving counter the stretches to the back and a handful of seats along the opposite wall. Coffee equipment of all types adorn the wood counter, lit by a long bar of light fixtures.
Heading upstairs, theres a range of rooms, a balcony and outdoor seating areas with ample seating and configurations that give you great choice. Each feature small chair, stool and bench seats. The decor is simple but effective and a good background to your coffee enjoyment.
Without a doubt though, the star of the show is their damn good coffee. The Latte was insanely tasty – wonderful crema, beautifully balanced, a nice bit of kick and just such a satisfying flavor right to the end. Very keen on seconds.
CAFEYEN is certainly deserving to be on any coffee lover’s shortlist to visit.
